teardrops on my guitar tabsSince not many of you (my email subscribers, or you first time visitors) are not letting me know which song I do for the video tutorial, I was searching the internet for songs that people are trying to learn to play. And one of the song that came out from that research is Taylor Swift’s Teardrops On My Guitar.

Personally, I am not familiar with the song so I really have to search for it on Youtube and learn the rhythm of it.

Basically, people are trying to search for tutorial on how to play that song on the guitar specifically the strumming pattern part. So, in this tutorial we will learn the guitar chords of the song as well as the strumming pattern that is well suited for it. Or we can just mimic the one that Taylor Swift herself used on one of the video in youtube – the one where she is on a bus.

Teardrops on My Guitar” is a song by Taylor Swift. “Teardrops on My Guitar” was released on February 19, 2007. This is the second single from Swift’s eponymous debut studio album (2006).

It was inspired by Swift’s experience with Drew Hardwick, a classmate of hers for whom she had feelings. He was completely unaware and continually spoke about his girlfriend to Swift, something she pretended to be endeared by. Years afterwards, Hardwick appeared at Swift’s house, but Swift rejected him. Dumb luck!
